Boston Mayoral Candidate Forum
October 6, 2021 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm PDT
Amplify Latinx (ALX) is partnering with the Greater Boston Latino Network, Boston Globe Media, MA LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and Boston Debate League on a virtual Mayoral Candidate Forum on Wednesday, October 6th, from 7:00 – 8:30 PM (EDT).
The purpose of this Forum is to give Boston’s rapidly-growing pool of Latinx voters an opportunity to hear candidates discuss the issues of importance to them in this monumental election. The Forum is free, open to the public, and, in keeping with our ethos, will follow the nonpartisan, unbiased and impartial format established by ALX and its partners.
This Forum will be focusing on Racial, Gender & Economic equity, giving the candidates an opportunity to share their stance on pressing issues and make crucial impressions on eligible voters. The candidates will answer pre-selected questions from the host and partner organizations, and those submitted by the public via chat, during the moderated event.
*The forum will be available in both English and Spanish.
